IT Project Manager

Carlile Swim is undergoing a major business transformation, re‑platforming core business systems across HR, finance, operations, payroll, and customer engagement. We're seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of enterprise applications, with a specific focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM + F&O) and other SaaS-based solutions.

This is not an infrastructure role. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in application delivery, someone who thrives in decentralised environments with minimal governance, can bring structure without bureaucracy, and is comfortable navigating ambiguity while driving delivery.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and F&O implementations
• Manage the deployment of other SaaS business applications across core domains (HR, Finance, Operations, Payroll, CX)
• Work with vendors, internal teams, and business stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and delivery plans
• Run integrated delivery across multiple streams, keeping teams focused and delivery momentum high
• Coordinate solution design, testing, and cutover with clear focus on business readiness and user experience
• Embed sustainable BAU support models and ensure seamless handover to internal owners
• Identify risks early, manage interdependencies, and resolve blockers across a lean, agile program
• Drive post-implementation reviews and capture lessons for continuous improvement

What you’ll bring

• Proven success delivering enterprise applications in complex, decentralised organisations
• Hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or Finance & Operations)
• Deep understanding of SaaS application delivery, systems integration, and vendor-led implementations
• Comfort working in low-governance environments and introducing fit-for-purpose structure
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, from execs to frontline
• A delivery mindset: pragmatic, outcome-focused, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
• Project management certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, ITIL) are a bonus, not a must
