What will you do at SuperPlay?
We’re looking for a proactive HRBP who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and embraces change with agility. In this role, you will take ownership of HR initiatives that support business success and enhance the employee experience. You will partner closely with leaders to align HR strategies with company goals, provide proactive guidance, and influence key decisions. You will anticipate challenges, act with urgency, and implement solutions that foster engagement, growth, and organizational effectiveness.

- At least 2 year of proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-tech company.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, including full-cycle hiring.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset, coupled with strong public speaking and presentation skills to effectively communicate insights and deliver messages to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
