Description

As a Logistics Operations Representative at Webbing, you will be responsible for overseeing various logistics activities, inventory management, order processing (including exports and shipments), and customer backend setup within a platform developed by Webbing.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the customer order process.
Handling Webbing's inventory.
Reviewing and approving invoices.
Import/Export processes, and collaboration with local and global authorities.
Managing customer setup and any related changes.

Temporary position (with option to make it permanent)

Located in Petach Tikva

Requirements

Immediate availability.
Availability to work until the end of October.
Availability to work between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (flexible hours possible)
Proficiency in Hebrew and English.
Good MS Excel skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Organized and detail-oriented with excellent prioritization skills.
