Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist at Morgan Properties, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts that support the company’s continued growth and success. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic partner to hiring managers while delivering a seamless and supportive experience for every candidate.

Success in this role requires a proactive, organized, and collaborative mindset, with a strong emphasis on communication, compliance, and cultural alignment. You’ll play a key role in building high-performing teams while reinforcing Morgan Properties’ reputation as an employer of choice—connecting top talent to the right opportunities and ensuring every hiring experience reflects our values.

Essential Duties:

Core Recruitment Responsibilities
• Own full-desk recruiting, managing every phase from intake through onboarding.
• Source, post, and screen candidates across various platforms and pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews, provide hiring managers with timely updates, and manage the offer process.
• Handle pre-employment checks and guide candidates through background process.
Collaboration & Communication
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, timelines, and success profiles.
• Coordinate with TA Leadership to align on strategy and requisition prioritization.
• Participate in team check-ins, strategy sessions, and problem-solving discussions.
Compliance & Candidate Experience
• Maintain accurate and compliant records, ensuring all communications are properly documented.
• Ensure alignment of hiring decisions with role requirements and Morgan Properties' values.
• Deliver a consistent, respectful, and positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
Recruitment Marketing & Community Engagement
• Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach programs as needed.
• Represent Morgan Properties’ culture and brand to external audiences, supporting local hiring visibility and diversity efforts.
Additional Duties
• Perform additional recruitment-related tasks or projects as needed, contributing to the overall success and adaptability of the TA team.
Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting; 1 year of agency recruiting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques.
• Familiarity with employment laws and recruitment best practices.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
• Valid and active driver’s license.

Salary range:

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
