Your Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Industrial Administration, Operations Management, or related field is preferred.
• 2 years of professional experience;
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently;
• Strong motivation to work in the Mobility Industry with special focus for Automotive Sector;
• Ability to manage several projects under tight deadlines;
• Excellent communication skills & creative thinking;
• Ability to coordinate with different departments effectively, manage and improve operational processes and workflows;
• Experience with document management and maintaining comprehensive records;
• Desire to work in an international environment;
• Fluent level of Portuguese and English. Spanish as an add-on;
• Open to travel in Portugal or internationally.

Your Role

• Ensure the effective logistic process of all types of car subscription transactions;
• Plan the fleet for daily and weekly forecast demand;
• Monitor and track all activities (vehicles preparation, vehicles movements, next day/week vehicle needs, disposal vehicles, etc.);
• Coordinate vehicle transfers between hubs;
• Handle the Inventory management;
• Communicate with both internal and external contacts;
• Assist the Operations Manager with scheduling vehicle maintenance and repairs as needed;
• Communicate with dealerships and/or workshops to confirm repair completion dates;
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Direct report to the Operations Manager;
