Poker Dealer/Supervisor - Santa Fe

Description:

Deal poker in a friendly, effective and accurate manner.  Ensure equipment is in working order, game protection and cleanliness of the game.  Determine winners and ensure payouts are quick and accurate.  Assist Poker Room Manager in implementing and executing Poker Room policies and procedures. Organize, coordinate, and supervise team members during scheduled shift (i.e. dealers, proposition players, cashiers, etc.). Maintain bank during poker shift. Resolve disputes between guests and team members, and make game decisions. Ensuring games run smoothly, fairly and in accordance with casino regulations.  They help manage staff, handle customer service and maintain the integrity of the games.  

Qualification:

Must be at least 21 years of age.  Must have at least 1-2 years Poker dealing and Supervisor experience required.  Must be able to obtain Gaming work card for the jurisdiction in which the property is located.  Ability to communicate effectively with guest, Team Members and Management.  Knowledge of Title 31 compliance, MTL's CTRN's reporting guidelines, suspicious activity reports and W2-G forms.  Must possess basic mathematical and heavy money-handling skills.
