YOUR NEW ROLE•Conduct pre-campaign analytics to help shape customer contact strategy design and new targeting opportunities•Conduct post-campaign analytics to continuously monitor and influence the optimisation of campaign performance.•Present analytical findings using data visualisation tools and creation of insights presentation for various audiences.•Development analytical approaches and test and learn frameworks.•Develop transformation scripts that adhere to coding standards to bring new data and feature into the automation environment, campaign cloud business layer.•Previous working experience and knowledge in campaign management system (CMS – Adobe Campaign, IBM Unica, SAS CI, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is a plus. •Provide professional and ethical behaviour in your actions by ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures relevant to the position.WHAT YOU WILL BRING •5+ years working with data in a data analyst, engineering or measurement role, preferably in the banking industry.•Proficient skills with demonstrable experience in SQL and Python.•Proficient analytical skills with demonstrated experience identifying insights that inform business solutions with a variety of analytical techniques.•Demonstrated experience working with many and varied data sources to identify required data including the use of data models.•Demonstrated experience evaluating the performance and business impact of data driven solutions.•Very good verbal and written communication skills with ability to work in a collaborative, complex and dynamic environment (when engaging / interacting with onshore resources).•Attention to detail, self-managed, strong data and problem-solving capabilities.•Possess an agile mindset in delivery.•Establishes relationships with cross functional teams. •Teamwork, Collaboration & Communication.•Solid judgment, reasoning and decision-making abilities.
