Network Infrastructure (NI) is ​​​​​​​focusing on the building blocks and essential solutions of critical networks, driving digitalisation across all industries.

As a Country Admin, you will be reporting to Country Head and supporting sales team with all sales and marketing operations activities. You will be required to work across Nokia business groups, engage with various stakeholders. You will be required to run and coordinate sales and marketing operations activities to ensure the smooth sales processes. Additionally, you will need to engage with customers, in order to support the activities, run by sales teams. 

As part of our team, you will:

  • Support and run preparation for monthly business reviews, such us schedule and run the preparation sessions prior to monthly business review, collect and consolidate the inputs into the required templates
  • Coordinate the meetings of sales team to ensure no schedule overlaps
  • Support local marketing activities driven by APJ marketing team
  • Support to run and coordinate all the external and/or internal activities run by Country Head
  • Support to run and coordinate all the customer actives run by sales team
  • Autonomously perform general and administrative tasks with a moderate level of guidance and within guidelines and policies
  • Perform various administrative tasks for one person or a team, such as document edition / reproduction, database or IS system updates and queries
  • Coordinate activities, answering inbound telephone calls, e-mails, and e-mail
  • Coordinate activities related to the work environment

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual that is a team player but can also work independently as needed. Excellent people skills is a must, have exceptional organizational skills, have great attention to detail and be able to think creatively and proactively. 

You have:

  • At least 4 years of experience working with customer teams in Telco or related industry
  • Overall understanding of sales processes and operations
  • Business analytical skill
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Ability to operate under the minimum of supervision
  • Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills – ability to communicate and report effectively
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Past or current experience in Nokia processes, tools and organizational practices and resources (not mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • High energy and customer focus
  • “Can do” attitude and sense of urgency
  • Tool and process savvy
  • Independent team player
