• Wage: $DOE (commensurate with experience)
• Schedule: Full-Time

Position Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced, relationship-driven Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our community’s sales efforts. This role is vital to our success — you'll be the face of Oakmont Gardens for prospective residents and families, guiding them through one of life’s most important transitions with warmth and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the sales and marketing process to meet or exceed occupancy goals
• Cultivate relationships with potential residents, families, and referral sources through tours, events, and ongoing follow-up
• Develop and execute strategic marketing and outreach plans to drive qualified leads
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and report regularly on performance metrics
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and Home Office to align on community goals and initiatives
• Represent Oakmont Gardens at networking and community events to enhance visibility and brand awareness
• Create a welcoming and hospitality-focused experience for all who interact with the community

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of sales experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related field
• Proven success meeting sales goals and maintaining strong conversion ratios
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• CRM experience and strong organizational skills required
• A passion for serving seniors and helping families find the right solution
