1. Visitor reception, assistance in the preparation of visits (coffee breaks, welcome boards, meals, etc.)

2. Meal management, daily meal reporting, meal coupon counting, bill verification, etc.

3. Personnel entry and exit procedures, distribute & recycle employee card, tool box key.

4. Administrative daily necessities purchase & distribute.

5. Support for company activities and other tasks assigned by supervisors.
