What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing and executing comprehensive business plans to establish and enhance the competitive positioning of Synopsys’ product lines.
• Driving the creation and implementation of innovative marketing programs to grow market share and achieve financial targets.
• Defining and coordinating the development of sales collateral, pricing models, packaging strategies, and product rollouts.
• Leading cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across product, engineering, sales, and marketing functions.
• Conducting in-depth competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Advising senior leadership on specialized technical and business matters, serving as a subject matter expert and role model.
• Championing organizational roadmaps, setting vision and direction for long-term growth and innovation.
• Representing Synopsys in external forums, conferences, and industry panels, sharing insights and building brand recognition.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in product management or product marketing, preferably within the software, EDA, or semiconductor industry.
• Deep technical understanding of semiconductor chip design processes and related technologies.
• Proven track record of launching, managing, and growing successful products in competitive markets.
• Expertise in developing business plans, go-to-market strategies, and competitive positioning.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, influencing without direct authority.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and executive presentations.
• Advanced degree or equivalent post-graduate coursework in a relevant field is highly desirable.
• Experience in EDA, semiconductor, or foundry environments is strongly preferred.
