•Reporting to – Associate Partner
Roles & responsibilities
Base Expectations
- Responsible for Resource Planning & Deployment for optimum utilization
- Develop & deploy best of class processes and Quality practices through continuous improvement; Adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) about quality of deliverables and time schedules
- Continuous transition and adoption of new process driven activities; Ensuring that all projects are sent on time without any delay
- Base expectations would require consistent evidences of:
- Project Delivery
- Good amount of client and/or member firm facing experience at any big 4
- Excellent understanding of Transfer Pricing principles and methodologies.
- Experience on handling multiple projects end-to-end
- Good knowledge of TP Regulations for US and Canada
- Experience on handling global documentation projects and foreign country TP documentation reports
- Excellent Drafting skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Financial Statements and expertise on financial analysis.
- Team handling and delegating work
- Project handling and delivering on time
- Staying connected with the onshore offices and building excellent relationships
- Practice Management
- Experience of building service practices suited to the Industry and environment
- Good Management and employee interface / communication skills
- People management skills with demonstrated ability to build a transparent and cohesive team
- Hands on experience in managing process delivery, emphasis on “People and Process Management”
Stretch Expectations
In addition to the base expectations, a spike case would include consistent evidence of the below attributes:
- Project Delivery
- Good knowledge of TP Regulations other than US & Canada
- Experience on benchmarking financial transactions and financial services.
- Review of engagements within a short span of time
- Practice Management
- Strong people management skills
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with all levels across the organization

Educational qualifications
MBA / Master’s in economics from an accredited college / university / Chartered Accountant / Chartered Financial Analyst / ACCA / CPA
Work experience
A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant TP experience with a solid stint in Big 4 consulting firms or with large MNC firms
Preferred technical & functional skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
Good understanding of various databases applicable in the field of TP
Key behavioral attributes/requirements
