Postion Overview

We are looking for a Sales Operations Associate to manage sales data, create and maintain dashboards, and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets to track key metrics, generate reports, and support sales teams with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Create and manage dashboards in Excel and Google Sheets to track sales performance, revenue trends, and pipeline health.
  • Automate reports and streamline data collection for better decision-making.
  • Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and trend analysis.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Assist in CRM data management and ensure data hygiene.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales operations.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and Google Sheets.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining interactive dashboards.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
