Our Fortune 500 Medical Device client has an
exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst II.
Job Summary:
This role will be a member of the Rebates and Fees Team within the client’s Commercial Services Team ensuring accurate data and compliance for the client. The Analyst II is responsible for performing multifaceted analyses to assess customer rebate contract performance and manage and support the administrative fees of a contract. Supports client’s customers by ensuring contract compliance, resolving rebate/administrative fee issues by partnering with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
· Provide oversight and insightful analysis with rebate and fees settlement.
· Ensure timely rebate and fees payments and customer market share communications.
· Manage the processing, settlement, payment and reporting of rebates and administrative fees within client’s Revenue Management systems.
· Support principal analyst with workload requests.
· Maintain a complete understanding of contract requirements to ensure all relevant contract rebate and administrative fee obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner.
· Collaborate cross functionally to clarify and/or resolve questions related to agreement language, contract setup, or customer requirements.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of work experience, in finance, accounting, sales operations, contract administration or another related field.
· Comfortable multitasking and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to collaborate.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Advanced with MS Office programs (with focus on Excel).
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Preferred: Advanced Excel capabilities
