NOTICE OF FILING UNDER THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR’S PERMANENT LABOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM Performance Excellence & Continuous Improvement Practitioner, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Erlanger, KY. Implement the Performance Excellence System (“PE”). Deploy and support the PE Pillar system across all North America divisions. Improve in revenue and drive cost out of the business. Assist root cause analysis, systematic problem solving and the implementation of sustainable countermeasures. Implement sustainable countermeasures using Kaizen methodology of rapid improvement. Perform education for location pillar teams, steering committee, and utilization of tools and methodologies aligned to PE. Monitor visibility of KPIs and trend management. Provide foundational best-practices with alignment to the system across plants. Guarantee the Plant Colleagues satisfaction through the execution of the standard visits to transfer performance system knowledge and site program minor blockers are highlighted and communicated with site specialist and Leader. Track and review ROI of the site implementation to deliver hard cost savings. Escalate implementation problems to Regional Lead and review trip reports with Regional Lead to identify gaps and provide solutions. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $129,792.00/yr - $139,792.00/yr.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any) or a related field, and five (5) years of post-bachelor’s progressive, related work experience. Must have five (5) years of experience in/with:
•Driving improvements in revenue and driving cost out of the business through the development of efficientprocesses, elimination of non-value added or duplicate efforts, waste, and other related losses;
•Manufacturing, processing, and Continuous Improvement experience;
•Working with data analytics tools such as Pi Vision, Pi Asset Framework, Red Zone Augmentir, or Shift Connector within the manufacturing environment;
•Working with tools to create various pillars of Performance Excellence Systems such as SQE, SMS, DEC, PM, FI,CCD, WPO, and MIF; and,
•Utilizing Value Stream Mapping tool to reduce costs and financial loss in projects for clients.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$129,792.00/yr - $139,792.00/yr.
