Your team

You will be employed by UBS Business Solutions AG CH and will work in the team Business Aligned Compliance & Operational Risk Control in the course of Credit Suisse integration into UBS.

We are a team of 30 compliance officers, responsible for the Wealth Management & Swiss Bank in Romandie. Diversity helps us grow, together. That’s why we are committed to fostering and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion. It strengthens our business and brings value to our clients.

Your expertise

• Swiss degree in law or economics
• ideally 2-4 years of experience in a compliance function within a bank in Switzerland
• analytic, with the ability to provide practical solutions for minimizing risk
• result-oriented and assertive (you don’t shy away from challenging situations)
• a strong communicator, team player, who works well under pressure
• reliable and resilient (challenging situations and conversations don’t scare you)
• fluent in French and English, German is an asset
