experience, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong
expertise in WordPress development and a solid foundation in computer science, enabling them
to create webpages and customize code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
This role requires a strong understanding of UX principles and user journey optimization
to improve website conversion rates. Familiarity with webmaster tools, conversion
tracking, A/B testing, and creating ad-specific landing pages is essential. The candidate
should also be capable of developing small, web-based tools/calculators that enhance
the functionality and interactivity of our website.
What You’ll Do:
● Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites for our B2B SaaS
platform.
● Create optimized landing pages for paid advertising campaigns that align with
performance marketing goals.
● Explore plugins or develop custom components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
● Work with popular WordPress plugins such as Avada, Rank Math SEO, WP Rocket,
WPForms, ACF, and Custom Post Type UI.
● Collaborate with marketing & design teams to optimize website UX and user journey for
improved conversion rate optimization (CRO).
● Set up and manage tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and
conversion goals.
● Create small custom web-based tools or utilities as needed to support product and
marketing efforts.
● Implement and monitor A/B tests and other performance experiments to enhance
website performance.
● Ensure websites meet best practices in performance, security, and accessibility.
● Perform regular website maintenance, troubleshooting, and debugging.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.● 1-2 years of professional experience in website development, with a focus on
WordPress.
● Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
● Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including layout, typography, color, and
responsiveness.
● Familiar with UX principles and experienced in designing intuitive user journeys for CRO.
● Ability to write and troubleshoot custom code when required.
● Experience in creating high-converting landing pages for paid marketing campaigns.
● Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion
tracking tools.
● Experience conducting and analyzing A/B testing.
● Ability to build small web-based tools or interactive components.
● Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work
cross-functionally.
● Previous experience in a B2B SaaS environment is highly preferred.
