We are looking for a proactive and people-friendly Front Office & Office Administration
Executive to manage our reception area and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the office.
As the first point of contact for employees and guests, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a
warm, welcoming environment while also supporting administrative and facility-related tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, is highly organized, and wants to
contribute to a vibrant workplace culture in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
What You’ll Do:
● Front Office Operations
- Welcome visitors, guests, and employees with a friendly and professional
attitude.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, courier and meeting room bookings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
● Office Administration
- Support daily office needs such as stationery, pantry, and other supplies.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility teams for upkeep.
- Manage vendor coordination for regular office services (e.g., water, snacks,
cleaning supplies, repairs).
- Help with seating arrangements, office setup for new joiners, and ID/access card
issuance.
● Travel & Event Support
- Assist in booking cabs, flights, and hotel arrangements for employee travel.
- Support HR/Admin teams in organizing office events, celebrations, and
vendor-led activities.
● Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Work closely with the HR team to organize and execute in-office events like birthdays,
festivals, team celebrations, and culture-building initiatives.
- Help maintain an internal events calendar and suggest creative ideas to engage
employees.
- Coordinate logistics and vendors for internal engagement programs (games, activities,
wellness drives, etc.).
- Be the culture champion by promoting a sense of community and belonging across
teams.
● Good communication skills (English, Kannada & Hindi preferred).
● Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Gmail).
● A people-friendly, proactive, and reliable personality.
● Experience in a startup or tech company is a plus.
● Background in enterprise/corporate/IT office operations. (Nice to have)
● Own high-impact operations that power business scale and efficiency.

● 3–5 years of experience in front office, office admin, or facilities support.● Good communication skills (English, Kannada & Hindi preferred).
● Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Gmail).
● A people-friendly, proactive, and reliable personality.
● Experience in a startup or tech company is a plus.
