Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supplier research, especially for IT-related goods and services (e.g., software, hardware, digital platforms).
- Support the digitalization of procurement records, including data entry, system updates, and document management.
- Help maintain and improve procurement databases and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or ERP systems.
- Attend procurement-related meetings and take accurate minutes.
- Assist in preparing RFQs/RFPs, especially for IT projects or digital services.
- Participate in evaluation of supplier bids, including technical comparisons for IT solutions.
- Support the tracking of purchase orders, delivery schedules, and invoice processing.
- Contribute to ongoing procurement projects, including automation initiatives and system upgrades.
- Background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong interest in admin, procurement, supply chain, or business operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems or procurement software is a plus.
- Willing to take on any tasks assigned by the supervisor and eager to learn.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
