As a Junior Customer Success Manager (CSM) in Domestic Appliances MI team, you will act as a partner to our clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solutions maintaining high client satisfaction. You will be responsible for the client relationship, including providing insights to drive action for our clients. This role requires a solid understanding of Tech & Durables (T&D) manufacturers.
You will be required to manage key clients using NIQ GfK‘s data to provide client stakeholders with key market insights and recommendations. You will also assist in maximizing the Point of Sales (PoS) data usage on the client side and thus drive new business development opportunities for NIQ.
Our Newron Market platform will become the default delivery over the next few years and you will be expected to be fully fluent in using this platform, to drive adoption from our key clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily contact with clients, understanding needs and getting needed information, proactively identifying opportunities to share with the Sales team.
- Cooperate with all the company functions (Operations, Sales, etc.) to get the projects executed with proper timing and high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct verbal presentations of key findings to the client
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying white spaces.
- Develop measurable use cases for clients, ensuring alignment with their goals.
- Building solid market and deep Point of Sales (POS) Tracking knowledge.
- Certified CSM (gfknewron Market, Predict and Consumer certificate) and knows the POS market dyanmics in detail.
- Recording main client interactions within SalesForce/Dynamics.
- Other ad hoc tasks may be assigned to you, and you may also be required to support other CSMs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ideally at one or two years of experience in quantitative Market Research and/or in Tech & Durable (Industry or Retail) sector.
- Italian native, Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Good planning, organizational, analytical and project skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to organize and meeting deadlines.
- Experience using Excel and PowerPoint with an emphasis on data visualisation - being able to bring out the stories hidden within our data and able to communicate these trends to a wider audience.
- Problem solver, creative and can-do attitude with a mindset aimed at solidarity and teamwork.
- Good knowledge of PoS data tracking would be highly beneficial, or at least the ability to work with large datasets, utilising different methodologies and tools to generate excellent market insight, interpreting data.
- Face to face (and virtual) presentations are a key element of this role – you will have experience (or be willing to develop skills) in delivering insight in-person to a range of stakeholders.
