The must haves
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive continuous improvement whilst driving operational efficiency and process improvement.
  • Experience delivering through others across large project teams whilst fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements and familiar working within audited environments.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics. Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies and insights. 
  • Strong team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
The other stuff we are looking for
  • Understanding of commercial strategies and financial principles and a proven track record of delivering commercial results and meeting P&L targets.
  • A solid background in completing the implementation of IT tools, and regulatory and legal changes
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and collaborators
  • Ability to interface technical teams and interfaces
  • Exposure to digital interfaces, business models and contemporary buying behaviour
