Senior Director, GenAI Solution Architecture - Aerospace & Defense

We're looking for a technical leader to help design and deliver GenAI solutions for large enterprise customers. You’ll lead projects from idea to implementation and help shape both our internal approach and how we go to market.

• Architectural Strategy: Set direction for how GenAI solutions should be structured, focusing on scalability, security, and compliance.

• Solution Design: Build GenAI systems, including LLM orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering.

• Customer Engagement: Work directly with senior clients to translate their needs into effective GenAI architectures.

• Innovation: Lead creation of prototypes and pilot projects that show real-world GenAI impact.

• Team Collaboration: Work with product, engineering, and data teams to ensure successful delivery.

• Risk & Compliance: Make sure solutions meet standards like SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and GDPR.

• Team Development: Mentor architects and help build best practices and reusable frameworks.

• Thought Leadership: Speak at events and lead client workshops as a GenAI architecture expert.

• Experience: 15+ years in architecture or AI/ML, with 3–5 years in GenAI or LLMs.

• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with GenAI tools like vector databases, model fine-tuning, RAG, and prompt engineering.

• Enterprise Knowledge: Know how to integrate GenAI into existing tools like CRM, ERP, or data lakes.

• Regulatory Awareness: Understand data governance and AI risk management.

• Leadership: Able to lead teams and influence executive stakeholders.

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or similar.

• Communication: Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
