The Juvenile Court Liaison will provide a representative / advocate for Denver Public Schools' students in the juvenile justice system and a liaison upon their return to school.

- Serves as a liaison between juvenile court, central administration and schools; attends juvenile courts, as required and supports various dockets related to juvenile court for Denver Public Schools' students.; assists school personnel in ensuring ordered supports are put in place to ensure students have an optimal chance of educational success.
- Sets strong and measurable individual goals aligned to team and department priorities; makes transactional decisions, seek clarity and direction to ensure decisions have desired impact.

- Bachelor's Degree required;
- Master’s Degree preferred.
- One (1) more years of relevant experience.
- Effective communication skills.
- Work collaboratively with others on a team.
- High degree of integrity in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work in a multi-ethnic and multicultural environment with district and school leaders, faculty, staff and students.
- Aptitude for variety and changing expectations and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Google Suite, and Outlook
