Product Quality Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities

● Monitor product process quality to ensure that quality abnormity can be eliminated timely and effectively, and customer gets products with stable quality.

● Handle RMA and customer complaint to ensure that issue is not repeated and customer gets satisfying FAR timely.

● Perform the evaluation of new product introduction to ensure that product have stable quality when phasing in volume production phase.

● Infeed material quality assurance for internal critical raw material.

 

Qualification & Requirements

● Bachelor or above degree in electronic, telecom communication and engineering related background

● 6+ years’ work experience in telecom system level companies

● More than 5 years’ experience on quality management in large enterprises

● Have been engaged in process quality control and customer quality control for more than two years
