Junior/Middle QA Engineer

Customer: Össur (ossur.com) is Icelandic pioneer of advanced technology whose mission is to improve people’s mobility through the delivery of Prosthetics and Bracing & Supports solutions. This international company has offices in more than 25 countries and employs nearly 3500 people around the globe. Itera has started a partnership with Össur in 2016 and provides a strong and reliable service for many areas of IT fields.

Project overview: Össur uses Salesforce to manage customer administration processes. To meet specific business requirements, extensive custom development has been implemented on top of the platform. Working as a part of several delivery teams, QAs from Itera are responsible for overall quality of built solution. Scope of assignment includes manual testing per implemented feature, testing of end-to-end flows with various integrations, sanity checks before releases, test automation to speed up execution of repetitive scenarios etc.

About Your Team:

• The overall project contains 30+ people combined into 4 teams with QAs in each of them
• Itera presence is 4 manual QAs, 1 Test Lead and 1 TA engineer
• All team members work in a tight daily collaboration with developers and delivery leads
• Agile methodologies (Kanban, SCRUM) are followed depending on joint DevTeam preferences

In This Role You Will:

• Learn from QA experts to grow as professional
• Provide high-quality test documentation and test cases
• Work in truly international team to improve English and soft skills
• Participate in global delivery that makes a difference

Requirements:

• From 1 year of experience in manual testing
• Good experience in writing Test Cases
• Good time management skills
• Proven Intermediate+ level of English
• Good communication skills

Nice to have: experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
