What will make you succeed in this position:

Educational background in Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, People Analytics, or a related field with strong analytical content.
Demonstrated data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and communicate findings effectively.
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Experience working with databases and HR data.
Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Highly organized and structured approach to work.
Strong communication skills, particularly in preparing presentations and explaining numerical insights.
Self-motivated, proactive, and continuously looking for process improvements.
Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive HR and compensation data.
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
