Pricing Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented JDE Pricing Analyst to maintain accurate pricing data and support revenue operations through the JD Edwards system. This critical role ensures pricing integrity across our vision care lens product portfolio while supporting compliance with established pricing policies and procedures.

Essential Responsibilities

Pricing Data Management

• Maintain accurate trade pricing, customer pricing, and pricing-adjacent records within the JDE system
• Configure price lists, cost lists, and discount structures
• Process batch price updates and manage pricing campaigns
• Execute monthly pricing reconciliation, enable new items for audit, and resolve pricing discrepancies across the commercial channel

System Administration

• Set up and configure pricing elements, pricing bases, and charges within JDE
• Maintain adequate dating controls for time-sensitive pricing initiatives
• Retrieve and process Salesforce pricing requests

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure all pricing changes comply with established policies and approval workflows
• Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies
• Support SOX compliance requirements for pricing process documentation
• Maintain comprehensive records for internal and external audit requirements

Analysis & Reporting

• Generate standard and ad-hoc pricing reports using JDE and Power BI reporting tools
• Conduct price variance analysis to identify trends and exceptions
• Support pricing performance dashboards and management reporting
• Provide analytical support for pricing decisions and margin analysis

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Sales teams on customer-specific pricing requests
• Coordinate with Finance on margin analysis and revenue recognition
• Support Marketing on promotional pricing implementation
• Collaborate with IT on system integrations and enhancements

Technical Skills

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards pricing modules
• Familiarity with JDE Customer Records and Product Records maintenance
• Excel skills include pivot tables, AutoFilter, Goal Seek, and basic functions (SUM, XLOOKUP, IF, AND, OR, COUNT, MIN, MAX, AVERAGE, SUMPRODUCT, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, SUBTOTAL, CONCAT, ROUND, UNIQUE, LEFT, RIGHT, MID, and LEN)
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools

Educational Background

• Associate's degree or technical degree in general business, accounting, or finance
• Relevant professional experience may substitute for degree requirements

• Professional certification in pricing, accounting, or finance (CPP, CMA)
