Head - Digital Transformation

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the overall business objectives of Adani Real Estate in Mumbai
• Identify and implement innovative technologies to optimize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experiences
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality results
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess digital needs, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources effectively
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of digital initiatives, and provide regular progress updates to senior management
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital transformation to drive continuous improvement and innovation
• Act as a change agent within the organization, fostering a culture of digital innovation, agility, and continuous learning
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all digital initiatives and projects
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of Adani Real Estate through strategic digital leadership and vision

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in IT/digital space.
