A Day in the Life
As a Sales Representative for the Coronary Portfolio, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and retaining key customer relationships within a defined geographic territory. You will play a critical role in promoting Medtronic’s Coronary product line, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting product education and adoption in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Drive sales of Medtronic’s Coronary product portfolio within a defined territory to meet or exceed targets
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities; refer internal leads as appropriate
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support new product launches and market development strategies
- Conduct product education sessions and provide ongoing clinical and technical support to customers
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with professionalism and urgency
- Coordinate product demonstrations and training in collaboration with the broader sales and clinical teams
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare sales
- Proven success in selling medical devices, capital equipment, surgical products, or in-hospital pharmaceuticals
- Strong knowledge of effective sales strategies, customer relationship management, and territory planning
- Ability to work independently and consistently deliver strong results
- Demonstrated track record of sales achievement in B2B or healthcare environments
- Strategic thinking with sound business planning and organizational skills
A Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
