Recreation Supervisor

Wage - $43,888 annually 

Schedule – Full Time, 8hr shifts, Tuesday through Thursday 12:45 pm - 9:45 pm, and Friday & Saturday 2:45 pm - 11:45 pm. (Sunday and Monday off)

What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for the management of well-rounded recreation programs, student leadership and incentive programs in compliance with government and management directives. 

Duties include, but not limited to:

1. Planning, develop and implement a recreation program consisting of sports, arts, and crafts, music, movies and other related activities to meet the special interests and needs to the students. 
2. Assist in the development and implementation of new and revised policies and procedures affecting recreation. 
3. Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Prepare related reports.
4. Develop and distribute weekly, monthly, and annual recreational plans and schedules of activities.
5. Plan and conduct various activities to enhance student retention and meet all students' needs. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree and one (1) year related experience. Direct related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements. 
• Must possess or acquire within 60 days of employment, a valid class B CDL license with passenger endorsement and an acceptable driving record
