- Annual compensation $130,000 - $140,000 (depending on experience)
- On-site and travel between all Parker locations, Monday - Friday with flexibility

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required.
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an HR generalist with a focus on employee relations, preferably in healthcare or long-term care.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws (federal, state, and local).
- Strong coaching, influencing, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues with discretion.
- Experience conducting complex investigations and drafting clear, concise reports.
- Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flu vaccination required during flu season
