Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Electronics/Electrical is a must.

• Having a degree in Business Administration is an added advantage. 

• Proven experience in service management, preferably in the medical equipment industry.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in managing CRM software.

• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles.

• Previous experience in international business development or sales is highly desirable.

   

Job Responsibilities

• Organize and manage service schedules to ensure timely maintenance and repair of equipment, maximizing  efficiency and minimizing downtime for customers.

• Identify and pursue opportunities to sell service contracts to new and existing customers.

• Oversee the collection process for service-related invoices, ensuring timely payment and resolution of any outstanding issues.

• Develop and manage departmental budgets while ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieve monthly sales targets for service contracts and other service-related offerings.

• Develop and implement training programs for service team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality service.

• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to effectively manage customer relationships, track service history.

• Monitor the performance of service technicians, providing feedback and support to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction. 

• Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding our service offerings into overseas markets, conducting market research, developing strategic partnerships, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to penetrate new territories.
