About the role
Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with a keen eye for detail? We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Support Services Assistant to help keep CAS, its services and subsidiaries running smoothly and efficiently.
What the role involves:
supporting daily office operations within our subsidiaries, project and services with energy and precision
providing administration support for our Brightspace building and reception
preparing documents, reports, and presentations
designing and creating promotional material for CAS.
You should have experience in administrative duties and strong organisational skills. An eye for detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as a varied use of software packages. You should also be an excellent communicator with a warm and approachable style.
