.NET Developer

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join a high-performing agile team focused on customer-oriented platforms. You will play a key role in shaping future-ready technological solutions within dynamic and innovative teams. The development process follows the SAFe Agile framework, emphasizing collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions using .NET technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software aligned with business goals
• Apply software design principles (DDD, SOLID, Clean Architecture) to build maintainable systems
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Mentor junior developers and, if applicable, take on tech lead responsibilities
• Ensure code quality through test-driven development and CI/CD practices
• Integrate cloud-based services (Azure) and containerized solutions (Docker)
• Work with APIs, message brokers, and both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Contribute to platform optimization using tools like Optimizely

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in:
  • .NET / .NET Core / .NET Framework / .NET 6
  • C#, Git, TDD
  • DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
  • API development, Message Brokers, SQL/NoSQL
  • Azure cloud services and Docker (on-prem)
• Solid understanding of software design patterns:
  • Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
  • Clean Architecture
  • SOLID principles
• Agile experience (Scrum and/or SAFe)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a holistic approach to development

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Tech Lead or in mentoring junior developers
• Exposure to Optimizely for platform optimization
