Today, Hinckley builds highly innovative, power and sailing yachts from 29 to 76 feet under the Hinckley, Hinckley Sport Boat, Hunt and Morris brands.  

Our team is looking for a seasoned Salesforce Administrator who will be able to travel as needed and become a key part of our team. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • User Management: Set up and manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure appropriate access to Salesforce features and data. 
  • System Configuration: Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules to align with business processes. 
  • Data Management: Perform regular data maintenance tasks, including data cleansing, duplicate management, and ensuring data integrity. 
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and manage reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance and user activity. 
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, helping them effectively utilize Salesforce tools and features. 
  • System Upgrades and Maintenance: Evaluate and implement Salesforce updates, add-ons, and new features to enhance system functionality. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and IT teams, to identify needs and translate them into system improvements. 
Requirements
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Salesforce software, including its features and capabilities. 
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise within the Salesforce platform. 
  • Project Management: Skills to manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders and facilitate training sessions. 
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. 

Work Environment 

  • Typically works in an office setting with options for remote work. Some travel may be required for team meetings or client consultations.
