We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Pharmacy Driver. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of medications and pharmaceutical supplies to patients and other healthcare facilities, helping us move forward with purpose and precision. The ideal candidate values continuous learning, leads with a welcoming spirit, takes ownership of their work, and is passionate about supporting people and building stronger communities.
Essential Job Duties:
- Prepare and deliver prescriptions: Pick, package, and ensure accurate delivery of prescription orders using proper identifiers and double checks.
- Use technology effectively: Utilize routing software, tablets, and communication tools to manage deliveries and stay in contact with patients.
- Drive safely and responsibly: Operate the company vehicle with a safety-first mindset, following all traffic laws and company policies.
- Communicate and report issues: Maintain clear communication with patients and promptly report any concerns to the pharmacist or appropriate staff.
- Handle documentation and compliance: Maintain delivery records, scan signed documents and follow all organizational policies and procedures.
- Additional Responsibilities: Act as a back-up driving for the mobile unit. Open to working evenings and weekends for company events as needed (Once a quarter).

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured on commercial automobile policy, required.
- Experience as a professional driver, preferred.
- Fingerprint approved through BCI/FBI check system.
- OIG/SAMS exclusion list.
- High School Diploma or equivalence required.
