Marketing Project Manager

As a key player in our internal marketing agency, The Studio, the Marketing Project Manager will lead and coordinate digital and integrated marketing projects across business units. This role is ideal for someone with a background in digital agencies who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will manage cross-functional campaigns, ensure timely delivery, and drive alignment between internal stakeholders and external partners.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate marketing initiatives: Plan, execute, and optimize complex marketing campaigns aligned with our strategic goals.
• Project management: Apply agile and traditional project management methodologies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of digital and offline marketing activities.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Act as the main liaison between local teams, headquarters, and external agencies.
• Team coordination: Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
• Data-driven decision-making: Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Stakeholder engagement: Build strong relationships with business development, design, performance marketing, social media, PR, product, and tech teams.
• Reporting: Deliver regular updates and detailed reports on project status, KPIs, and upcoming activations.

Your Profile:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience: 5+ years in project management within a digital agency or marketing environment
• Required Skills: Strong project management skills (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project)Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platformsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Language: Fluent English (C1+); German is a plus
• Competencies: Great organizational skills and attention to detail, proactivity and focus on delivering effective solutions, capability of working both independently and collaboratively, strong analytical thinking and presentation skills.
