Maintenance Program Management Support

Location: NH Yokosuka & branch sites Reports To: Facilities Dept. Head

Primary Accountabilities:

Plan, budget, and coordinate a ~$6 M annual preventive and corrective maintenance program—keeping hospital assets mission-ready and compliant with Navy and Joint Commission directives.

Please note: This position is currently part of a competitive bid process and is contingent upon the successful award of the contract.

Major Duties:

Provide technical assistance on building systems; resolve design/installation issues.
Oversee utility and service contracts; verify vendor performance.
Manage Work Orders/Requirements lifecycle—scope, schedule, prioritize, and close-out in CMMS.
Conduct periodic facility inspections; develop punch lists and corrective maintenance plans.
Coordinate multiple concurrent projects (utility outages, staging, O&M manuals, acceptance testing).

Requirements

Requirements:

HS diploma (BS Eng./CM preferred).
=5 years facility maintenance management; =2 years hospital environment.
OSHA 30-Hour; strong CMMS/Maximo/DMLSS experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM).
