Photon Brothers solar energy company is looking for a motivated Customer Acquisition Specialist to handle inbound leads across multiple offices and qualify potential customers. This individual should be an expert communicator and multitasker who understands what customers need and can explain our products and services in a professional, friendly, timely and educational manner. We pride ourselves on a no-pressure sales tactic while offering a great customer experience. This person should actively listen to each conversation and be good at building rapport and starting a conversation over phone and email with thorough product knowledge. 


This position is hybrid - remote, with 2 days working in the office. We have office locations in Westminster, Centennial, and  Colorado Springs in Colorado as well as San Luis Obispo in California. This position reports to the Director of Marketing. 


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Good at building rapport and starting a conversation over phone and email
  • Work within our CRM and other tools to manage flow of inbound leads via phone, text, email and other messaging platform
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Set up virtual or onsite appointments between (prospective) customers and Sales Consultants
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
  • Target monthly and quarterly goals for KPIs based on the number of qualified opportunities set each month

Requirements

  •  Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales, Customer Service or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience working with a CRM 
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Thorough time management and organizational skills
  • Solar industry experience preferred
