ASC Surgical Service Director| Full-Time

Description

The Surgical Services Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all perioperative services. This includes the allocation of resources, efficiency, and effectiveness of the area.

Requirements

• Associate degree of nursing required, BSN preferred or advanced degree from a college or university in nursing with qualifying experience.
• Licensed by Idaho State Board of Nursing (Registered Nurse) or eligible for Idaho licensure immediately.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS Certification
• Ability and willingness to demonstrate and maintain competency as required for the job title and the unit/area(s) of assignment.
• Minimum of three (3) years surgical experience. One (1) year director or supervisor experience preferred. 
• Ability and willingness to exhibit behaviors consistent with standards for performance improvements and organizational values.
