Key Responsibilities:

- Become a "Boot Expert" through comprehensive training to educate and inspire customers.

- Engage with customers to deliver outstanding service and support.

- Collaborate with teammates on various tasks, including merchandising and product flow.

- Accurately perform register sales transactions.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Passion for customer service and a desire to enhance the customer experience.

- Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.

Compensation:

- Competitive hourly rate with the potential to increase earnings by $2-$3 per hour through bonus incentives. 

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have:

The ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The ability to wear western boots while working.

Strong social and communication skills that make customers feel welcome in our store.

A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.

A High school diploma or GED.

Requirements

Essential Physical Requirements: 

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift)
• Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
