What You’ll Do 

 

Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Growth is responsible for the performance of our regional growth teams (NEMs, and CEMs). S/He will be accountable for delivering growth targets across their assigned Suvida geography (TX / AZ) as well as coaching and developing Neighborhood Engagement Managers (NEMs), Neighborhood Engagement Consultants (NECs), Community Event Managers (CEM), and collaborating and working with Broker Managers (BM) at each of our centers and regions. The Senior Manager, Growth will support their teams with strategic planning, training, recruiting, expansion, and marketing program development for their area of influence. This leader should be a strong communicator who knows how to build relationships quickly and is passionate about working in a fast-paced, results-driven organization. The Senior Manager, Growth should have a history of delivering sales performance, fostering a competitive culture, and developing team members. The Senior Manager, Growth, is expected to review metrics daily, support growth initiatives, and generally ensure the Neighborhood Engagement team operates smoothly and successfully. Essential responsibilities consist of but are not all inclusive:

 

Responsibilities

  • Coach and manage team to to execute
    • Supervise, coach, and mentor a diverse team of NEMs and a CEM and serve as primary subject matter expert
    • Relentlessly pursue each team's monthly growth targets through strong leadership, analysis, problem-solving, teambuilding, and coaching
    • Conduct site visits and provide feedback to teams to drive performance
    • Support expansion efforts for markets including new center launch activities, hiring, and training of growth staff
    • Lead development of Neighborhood Engagement Team and Center Directors when it comes to growth related activities
    • Collaborate and work with Director of Broker and Payor Engagement to support Broker managers and their strategy to find and engage the best broker partners to work with in the community
    • Lead development of our Community Event Managers and their strategy to find and participate in the best events that drive the most growth and focus on our target audience.
    • Personify and cultivate Suvida’s Culture
    • Develop Neighborhood Engagement Managers into strong, motivated growth minded people that deliver a positive work environment and are stewards of Suvida’s Culture in the community and in their center
    • Lead Quarterly Regional Training Programs
  • Develop and execute sales strategies
    • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual plans to deliver growth targets for new patient growth and managed care growth
    • Work closely with the SVP of Growth and Growth Analyst to analyze sales data to proactively identify opportunities for each center
    • Develop relationships with Field Accounts, Insurance Agents, and local influencers to support field execution
    • Design, execute and track impactful regional Incentive and Recognition programs with assistance from the SVP of Growth
    • Keep center level teams motivated in a high-pressure sales environment
    • Execute on Corporate Sales Initiatives within assigned region
  • Lead regionally specific programs
    • Serve as an ambassador in the local community - build relationships with other healthcare providers, social/community organizations, and marketing partners
    • Identify and execute large events to support lead generation
    • Identify additional regional needs and partner with our shared service teams to develop programs to support regional sales efforts
    • Assist in recruiting efforts for sales representatives and Sales Managers (primarily)
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with population health and clinical service team members
    • Ensure teams understand and remain compliant on all sales activities according to CMS and Suvida guidelines
    • Find, recommend and assist in execution on local marketing opportunities

 

What You’ll Bring

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • 5+ years sales leadership experience
  • Minimum 3 years direct B2C sales experience
  • Significant track record of delivering sales results
  • Experience managing a team (5+ direct reports) as well as recruiting and developing managers and individual contributors
  • Experience Managing Regional Programs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work across a matrixed organization
  • Strong computer skills including:
    • Ability to create and analyze excel spreadsheets
    • Experience managing through a CRM system such as Salesforce or Dynamics
    • Analytical approach toward sales data & performance
  • Comfort with personal sales quota in addition to management responsibilities
  • Strong focus on data and analytics to drive targeted activities and return on growth efforts
  • Inclination to work in a results-oriented role
  • Bilingual Spanish speaker, preferred
  • Ability to travel to centers within geography (Houston, Dallas, Austin, Tucson, Phoenix)
  • Willing to work some weekends
  • US work authorization
  • Someone who embodies the EPIC personality (Empathy, Patience, Integrity, and Compassion)

  

Education, Experience, Licensure, or Certification Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
