About job:

As the EXC Sourcing Lead at STADA, you will be crucial in enhancing our excipient sourcing efforts. In this role, you'll focus on identifying and managing supplier relationships while exploring new sourcing opportunities. Collaborating with various teams, you will help streamline our processes across STADA's sites and keep an eye on market trends to inform our sourcing strategies.

This position is ideal for someone with a background in pharmaceutical/ technology/ organizational/ economic sciences, along with strong communication and negotiation skills, who is eager to contribute to our success and ensure a reliable supply across our operations.

Responsibilities:

Ensures procurement objectives in accordance with Stada values
Provides support to other colleagues in procurement
Identifies and implements continuous improvements in order to maintain Stada's competitive advantage
Participate in long-term strategy definition and execution
Identify high-risk excipients from the portfolio based on the pre-defined criteria
Conduct continuous monitoring of the market
Manage supplier relationships effectively
Ensure alignment of relevant procedures across all STADA sites
Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
Initiate changes and improvements in procurement processes
Serve as the central point of contact for designated activities

Requirements:

University degree in pharmaceutical, technology, organizational or economic field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical operations in the same or similar jobs
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external organization
Excellent negotiation skills and experience
Project management skills, with an understanding of time and financial impacts
Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
Excellent knowledge of English
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
Industry specific and job-related background and/or knowledge is plus
SAP knowledge is advantage
Entrepreneurial mindset, creative thinking and innovation
