About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to drive and scale our regional marketing strategy across Europe. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the translation of global go-to-market priorities into localized, high-performing programs that drive awareness, accelerate pipeline, and deepen customer engagement.
This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution and requires close collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Development teams. You’ll also take ownership of the alignment and oversight of regional Business Development initiatives, ensuring top-of-funnel activity is tightly coordinated with campaign execution and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Regional Leadership
- Define and implement Europe-wide marketing strategies aligned with global objectives and regional business needs.
- Act as the senior marketing partner to regional Sales and Business Development leadership, developing coordinated strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform campaign planning, positioning, and program prioritization.
Oversight of Business Development Programs
- Partner with and provide strategic guidance to the Business Development (BDR/SDR) team across Europe to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and outbound prospecting efforts.
- Collaborate with the global and regional BD leaders to develop outreach cadences, messaging frameworks, and targeted content for key verticals, personas, and accounts.
- Monitor and report on top-of-funnel performance metrics, identify conversion gaps, and co-develop optimization plans that improve lead quality and velocity.
Localized Demand Generation
- Design and lead multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to key European markets, ensuring cultural and language alignment.
- Own regional execution of integrated campaigns from awareness through MQL, with a clear focus on measurable impact to pipeline.
- Manage localization of assets and message testing in partnership with translation/local marketing resources.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product marketing to localize positioning, launches, and value propositions for European audiences.
- Lead development and adaptation of content including customer stories, thought leadership, and sales tools.
- Act as a connector between global marketing, regional sales, and business development teams to ensure a seamless go-to-market experience.
Event & Field Marketing
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of in-region events, trade shows, partner activations, and roadshows.
- Oversee all aspects from promotion to post-event ROI measurement, ensuring field events are fully integrated with the broader campaign calendar.
Sales Enablement & ABM
- Develop and manage region-specific sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, playbooks, vertical briefs, and competitive battlecards.
- Support account-based marketing efforts with custom content and engagement strategies for strategic accounts.
- Facilitate onboarding and training of field teams on new campaigns, content, and messaging tools.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on EMEA regional marketing, demand generation, and sales alignment.
- Experience partnering closely with Business Development and/or SDR/BDR teams to improve outbound performance.
- Strong track record of leading regional marketing initiatives in enterprise SaaS or software environments.
- Deep understanding of European market dynamics, with a sensitivity to cultural nuance and localization best practices.
- Fluency in English required; fluency in French or German strongly preferred.
- Expertise with Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in the print, packaging, or industrial software sectors.
- Familiarity with ABM programs, regional lead qualification workflows, and modern sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
Proven ability to operate independently in fast-paced, matrixed environments and influence cross-functional stakeholders
