We’re seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Client Service Representative (CSR) to be the smiling face that welcomes pets and their people to our facility. From check-in to check-out, you’ll play a key role in delivering a positive experience for our clients—both two- and four-legged!

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:

• Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications
• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth front-desk operations
• Process payments and provide information on services and policies
• Collaborate with pet care and rehab staff to ensure client needs are met

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is a plus, but not required
• Comfort working with both clients and animals
