Job Description
This role is on-site in our Ponte Vedra, FL office.
As the Financial Analyst, you will support our commissions, financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes and will work closely with the Senior Finance Manager FP&A (for Sales and Marketing) and the Finance Manager (Commissions), providing accurate and timely sales representatives’ commissions, month-end reporting and variance analysis, and annual operating activities.
What you will be responsible for:
- Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate reports highlighting financial results and key performance metrics.
- Supports sales organization commission plans and assists with commission exception requests.
- Supports commission platform by setting up new users, configuring compensation plans, and ensuring system accuracy.
- Organizes data from multiple sources to ensure timely analysis and accurate payouts
- Assists with financial planning including executing annual planning, forecasting, and capital budgeting.
- Performs financial modeling and maintains data sources for analysis in support of organizational decision-making.
- Identifies and drives process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc analytics, reports, and tools.
- Participates in a variety of cross-functional projects as needed and collaborates with other departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field is required.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a financial analyst, sales analyst or closely related role required.
- Previous experience administering sales commissions is preferred.
