Closing Ratio

• Maintain claim closured and GC 100%
• 80%of the claims to Closed within 15 days
• Monthly review of open Claims inactive claims
• Monitoring pending on a monthly basis should be less than 2% of claims advised

Maintaining outstanding claims inventory of Team.

• One month inventory
• Generate five business leads
