We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to help elevate our customer experience as we scale. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every interaction with our customer-facing teams reflects the quality and empathy our users deserve. This is a great opportunity for someone with QA experience in a contact centre or fintech setting to take ownership, lead coaching initiatives, and shape the way we continuously improve our service.

What you’ll do

  • Own the end-to-end QA workflow for chat and email interactions.
  • Use our QA rubric to score conversations, identify coaching opportunities, and escalate systemic issues.
  • Lead calibration workshops and keep our QA framework up to date.
  • Deliver structured coaching and support onboarding for new agents.
  • Analyse data to spot trends and suggest process or product improvements.
  • Report key QA insights to stakeholders using Sheets or Excel.
  • Partner with the Workflow Lead and act as deputy for escalations and QA projects.

About you

  • 1–3+ years of QA experience in a contact centre or fintech environment.
  • You know your way around Excel/Sheets (bonus if you know macros or scripts).
  • You’re confident giving feedback and passionate about raising the bar.
  • Comfortable working with data and translating it into actions.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and a team player who lives our values of Honesty, Focus and Grit.

Working at Freetrade

This role is based in our Budapest office with hybrid flexibility (3 days in office: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday). You’ll need a quiet home workspace and reliable internet for remote days. Most of the team works Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:30, but alternative shifts are possible.
