We are looking for a QA Associate to review customer interactions, ensure quality standards are met, and help improve processes so every customer gets the best possible experience.

About you...

Early-career or recent graduate with demonstrable attention to detail.
Comfortable working in English, both written and spoken.
Confident in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (lookups, pivot tables, basic charts).
Self-starter who enjoys working independently but is equally happy collaborating in a fast-moving, international team.
Curious, proactive and eager to learn about investing - no prior investment knowledge required; full training provided.

About the Role...

As a Quality Assurance Associate you’ll spend most of your time reviewing chat and email conversations between our customer-facing teams and our predominantly UK customer base. Using our QA rubric, you’ll score interactions, capture coaching points and surface systemic issues. You’ll also:

Draft or update knowledge-base articles so that agents have clear, current guidance.
Highlight trends and share them with Workflow Leads to improve processes.
Support calibration sessions to ensure scoring consistency across the team.
Deliver 1-to-1 feedback and micro-coaching to agents, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Assist with any other QA-related tasks requested by the Workflow Lead, from KPI reporting in Excel to ad-hoc audits.

This role is based in our Budapest office with hybrid flexibility (3 days in office: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday). You’ll need a quiet home workspace and reliable internet for remote days. Most of the team works Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:30, but alternative shifts are possible.
