Your Role
As a Junior Marketing Coordinator, you will strengthen our marketing team by taking ownership of day-to-day operational tasks that keep campaigns, events, and content on track. Coordinating timelines in Asana and collaborating closely with channel owners, you will help ensure that projects run smoothly and that marketing assets are delivered with quality and on schedule. The position provides broad exposure to B2B-marketing disciplines and offers the opportunity to specialise as your skills mature.
Your Impact
- You support the maintenance of campaign timelines in Asana, flagging risks early and coordinating task owners to keep deliverables on schedule.
- You manage the logistics of webinars, trade shows, and customer events by liaising with vendors, securing materials, and documenting post-event learnings.
- You maintain and improve documentation for marketing workflows so that processes remain transparent and repeatable.
- You collect research and stakeholder input that informs the development of campaign concepts and content pieces.
- You upload and format web pages and blog articles in the CMS, perform final quality checks, and coordinate translations when required.
- You prepare marketing assets, run channel-specific quality assurance such as email previews and link testing, and keep the shared asset library organised.
- You contribute to identifying operational bottlenecks, propose template or automation ideas, and collaborate on drafting standard operating procedures that increase team efficiency.
- You assist in content creation by drafting copy, sourcing visuals, and adapting material for different channels under the guidance of senior marketers.
Your Skills
- You have practical experience, gained through internships, student jobs, or entry-level roles, in marketing, event coordination, project assistance, or a related field.
- You demonstrate excellent organisational skills and handle multiple work streams without losing sight of detail or deadlines.
- You are confident working in Asana and eager to deepen your proficiency with additional marketing tools such as CMS platforms, marketing-automation systems, and analytics dashboards.
- You communicate clearly in written and spoken English, allowing you to coordinate smoothly with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- You approach tasks proactively, solving problems independently where possible and asking precise questions when guidance is needed.
- You are motivated to develop a broad B2B-marketing skill set and open to specialising in areas such as campaigns, content, or events as your career progresses.
- If you already create audience-ready presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides, or can execute basic image edits in tools like Canva, Photoshop, or InDesign, you will stand out.
